A project to refurbish a large house on a golf course, creating a large new kitchen and reorganising external areas and outbuildings.
The 1970s 6 bedroom house, one of the first built on the Son Vida golf course, has been refurbished throughout. A large new kitchen includes solid timber cabinets and grey veined white marble surfaces, new windows and doors have been opened to access a new west facing dining terrace.
The existing pool terraces and outbuildings have been modified to unify their design and adapt them for catering and entertaining.
